Mount Lawley Wellness on Beaufort

I have been a client of Wellness on Beaufort for the last 5 years. Tennielle has been my Personal Trainer and I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants a passionate, caring, professional, extremely knowledgeable, driven, energetic trainer who goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. She has made me feel that my fitness and health goals are just as important to her as they are to me. Her support, encouragement and all the fun and energy she brings to our sessions makes training something I look forward to. The variety she provides is awesome. Her gym is extremely well-equipped. I like the importance she places on nutrition and the support she gives in regard to helping her clients stay on track.
What a team! Dr Peter has been my Chiropractor for the same amount of time and I have been blown away at the 'magic' he performs!
