Island Explorer Holidays

Horrible company! Stay away. Local operators in Dili all say stay away - Island Explorer are only in it for money, and they don't pay up what is owed to local operators. Working for a development agency here I couldn't help but post this as we tried using them for our travel and they were useless. Made at least fifteen calls to various agents, was referred to Perth office, Singapore but none of the agents were actually working for Island Explorer primarily, they were just marketing reps (one working for Air Timor and wouldn't book competitor's flights) with an island explorer address. All about the money and didn't deliver. Please, find someone else. There are many other good companies here in Dili at a fraction of the cost. Locals warned me and I will listen in future.
